Welcome to Lily Rose Retreats. By accessing or using our website (https://lilyroseretreats.com.au/) or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Lily Rose Retreats, whether online, via phone, or in person. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the retreat start date.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, direct bank transfers, or PayPal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • More than 30 days before retreat: Deposit retained, remaining balance refunded.

    • 14–30 days before retreat: 50% refund.

    • Less than 14 days: No refund.

  • Cancellation by Lily Rose Retreats: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

4. Health & Liability

  • Medical Conditions: Guests must disclose any relevant health issues prior to arrival. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Waiver of Liability: Lily Rose Retreats is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during your stay.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend guests obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

5. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to:

  • Respect other participants, staff, and the natural environment.

  • Refrain from disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any illegal activity.

  • Follow staff instructions during group activities and workshops.

We reserve the right to remove guests from the property without a refund if these rules are breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Lily Rose Retreats and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
